Alliance Diaspora Barometer

Five minutes to say what a bank, an insurer, an airline or a public service is really worth to you. 2026 edition — published in December or January.

Anonymous, not merely discreet. No name, no address, no email is asked for — the form does not even have a field for it. Banks and government offices are being scored here: no one should be able to turn against those who answer.

Type the name, or pick one from the list.

Your score, criterion by criterion

La qualité du conseil reçu
Les transferts d'argent vers l'Afrique : coût et délai
L'écoute d'un projet d'entreprise ou d'investissement
A few things about you — optional, and broad-brush

How we score

Each criterion is scored from “very poor” to “excellent”. The average of the criteria is brought back to a mark out of twenty — the barometer's scale from the start — and that mark falls into one of the five tiers below.

The conversion is simple, and written here so that no one has to guess it: the average of the criteria, multiplied by four.

1 – 6

NÉANT

Tout est à refaire

7 – 11

VOLATILE

Une base existe mais doit être revue

12 – 15

Un travail amélioré est appliqué

16 – 18

Un travail abouti est appliqué

19 – 20

UMOJA

Un respect plein de la clientèle de la diaspora

What the barometer is, and what it is not. It gathers the views of the people concerned: it measures perception, not accounts. The annual report publishes the number of voices per brand, and ranks only those that received enough for the figure to mean anything.
